One half of a Broadleaf wrapper is being laid on a revolving
circular plate. The wrapper is held on by suction and cut out to the exact
shape needed to wrap
around the particular shaped cigars being run on this cigar rolling machine.
Although these are machine made cigars--meaning that the machine rolls
the wrappers and binders around the filler tobacco blends--human hands
do lay the wrappers onto the machine. So technically, they are machine
& hand made cigars.
